Over the past 10 years and sometimes over the course of my childhood where I've been driving and been driven from Tonbridge to Strood there has always been 3 bridges and a lake that I've always loved and have always wanted to take photos of..
The 3 Bridges
These three bridges are the 2 M2 motoway bridges (north and south bound) and the 1 high speed train line bridge that goes accross the Medway river and over the strood cinemworld and McDonalds. Their massive structure has always intersted me ever since I saw them be rebuilt in the early 2000s. Not only this but I had never seen 3 bridges before that stretch a river as 3 different structures next to each other. So over the course of my life, coming out of the cinema or eating a McDonalds next to the river side, these bridges have always been my favourite structures and last Wednesday I decided i wanted to photgraph them.
More information about the bridges here.

The Lake
This particaluar photo was taken in Upper Halling of a lake of which i've been driving past, bery much like these 3 bridges for the last 10 years between Tonbridge and Strood and for the past 10 years I had never seen this lake up close untill a few weeks ago.
"One of Halling's most distinguishing features is its large blue lake, which was dug due to the chalk quarrying efforts. Its blue colour comes from the suspension of chalk particles in the water. It is fed by a large spring, one of which is tapped to provide the local water supply. The water is so clean at extraction that only minimal chemical additives are required from the water company to satisfy government health and safety legislation."
This lake has been the most blue coloured water I had ever seen, so when I parked in Halling and walked over to the lake, why do I find it completely fenced off? I looked through the fence to find pipping going into the lake which brings up quite a few questions.
I then get back into my car and travel all around the lake to see if there is an access to it. it wasnt untill i go to the cliff side of the lake where I actually found a gap in the fence.
I snuck trough the fence, cut my way through all the brushes, twigs and trees and came out to this beautiful site.
